Are sleep trackers accurate?

By | October 21st, 2020

The way we really define sleep is purely based on the electrical activity of the brain, so the trackers are doing the best that they can but they’re usually using motion or your heart rate, so they can’t really tell each little bit of every stage that you have. For example, for people who maybe move a lot more during their sleep that’ll kind of throw off some of these potentially as well.
