Are there things that we do that can actually make our memory worse?

Activities like smoking and excess alcohol use would be high up on the list for increasing your risk of dementia. Not exercising, eating a terrible diet – we always say what is good for your heart is good for your brain. We’ve seen dementia decline in the last couple of years cause people are removing the part of dementia that can be contributed by vascular disease.
