Is it possible to have Lewy Body Dementia and Alzheimer’s at the same time?

That is a complex question. On one hand, it is known that the majority of patients with Lewy Body Dementia have some Alzheimer’s type changes. However, that does not mean that it is Alzheimer’s disease.
