For most people, for some cognitive functions the teens and early twenties is your peak and then there is a very gradual decline over time. Again, for most people there are changes that don’t severely impact them, so aging my not be noticeable but incremental. In reality, the aging of the brain starts early, and you will never be as good at cognitive tasks as you were when you were younger.
