Why aren’t alternatives to drugs as a solution for Alzheimer’s more publicized or encouraged?

There are so many solutions that aren’t drugs, but they don’t get as much funding or support, because some look at things like dietary habits as a cheap option. So many people are not interested in that, because research funding is also driven by getting money out of it, which wouldn’t happen in this case. And with the keto diet, there’s so much success within the epilepsy world, that we know it affects the brain in ways that would be beneficial.
