We should be doing a more support assessment rather than just unloading the diagnosis. Tell me about the stress, your sleep, your social contacts, what you want to do for your body and brain to stay or become fit, and what to eat and drink, given that condition. From a support standpoint, what I want to find out is where you are right now. It’s important to have these conversations and foster this support early on. "
