They moved with the rhythms of nature, were in close connection with their community, each other and their family. They did not get overwhelmed with life and what was going on around them. They didn’t have to have this Elon Musk, Steve Jobs or Oprah Winfrey type of reality to be happy and to have meaning. They had meaning all around them. Meaning was a choice. Their food was simple.
