“AMA” With Dementia Care Expert Teepa Snow

On February 10th at 9:00 a.m. PT/12:00 p.m. ET, join us for a live-streamed “Ask Me Anything” chat with Positive Approach to Care founder and dementia care expert Teepa Snow. Teepa will be answering readers’ questions in real time. Submit your questions on our Being Patient Facebook post about the event or ask them at the talk for a chance to have your questions answered live.
Teepa Snow, MS, OTR/L, FAOTA is an Occupational Therapist with over 40 years of clinical and academic experience. Her life’s mission is to shed a positive light on dementia, which is why she founded the GEMS State Model for understanding the progression of dementia and the Positive Approach® training strategies. Her company, Positive Approach to Care (PAC) provides online and in-person education and products to support those living with brain change.

Hi folks! LOVE that Teepa Snow will be with you on 2/10/23. I tell everyone about her that I know are also navigating the changes that come with Alzheimer’s. That extends to sharing Teepa’s website (and yours!) with persons (customer service reps on the phone, people walking their dogs) who share their stories about their journey with dementia and Alzheimer’s.
