Eastman is currently serves as the director of Clinical Operations for the UW geriatrics clinics, the medical director of Badger Prairie Health Care Center, and the director of the Chronic & Preventive Care course at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. She has developed and continues to innovate models of care for older patients, including pre-operative risk, memory evaluation, telemedicine, and other forms of comprehensive geriatric care.
