For non-REM, usually, you spend about 70% of it in this intermediate stage and about 15% in light sleep and 15% in deep sleep. Then REM, you do later in the night and so that’s sort of usually only in the second half of the night you start to switch into more of this REM sleep. Everybody is different too, sleep is very individualized.
