Is there any difference, because of a traumatic brain injury, in the type and extent of inflammation found in individuals with Alzheimer’s disease?

With patients who suffer traumatic brain injury (TBI) there can be damage the blood-brain barrier, which protects the brain from the peripheral immune system and peripheral immune cells. In injury, this barrier can be damaged causing leakage of peripheral immune cells which can cause severe damage and inflammation
