Is there any evidence to support that coconut, chocolate, or coffee are good for the brain?

By | October 21st, 2020

For coconut, there is no health benefit. There are some studies that are testing it directly, and we just have to wait for the results. Chocolate and coffee, or caffeine, are like drugs where they have an immediate impact and stimulation on your system that sharpens your brain. However, this stimulation is short-lived, and the evidence for both as being protective against the development of dementia just isn’t there yet. There are some studies on chocolate that can perhaps give us more evidence to understand whether it can help more long-term.
