Whats the connection between b12 and brain health?

It is a vitamin, so it is something we have to ingest. It is a little bit of a tricky vitamin, as our bodies each take it up differently. Vitamin b12 is really important particularly for our peripheral nervous system, for example: balance and body vibrations. It effects mood and cognition. b12 comes from leafy vegetables and healthy diets.
