My daughter and I published a book called “Diet for the Mind,” where we talk about dementia and how it affects the brain in the first half, and then describe nutrient by nutrient, food by food, about what’s good for the brain as well as myths. And the second half consists of 80 recipes that my daughter, who’s a trained chef, put together that uses the ingredients from the MIND diet.
