How common is Lewy Body Dementia?

Scientifically, it is unknown how common it actually is in patients. Based on existing studies, most scientists agree that about 10-15% of all dementia patients have Lewy Body Dementia. Lewy Body Dementia would then be the second most common form of dementia after Alzheimer’s and Vascular.
