When we looked at dementia overall, so any kind of dementia, we saw that there was maybe a 50% increased risk associated with preeclampsia and it wasn’t until we started breaking it down by dementia people had that you started to see the really big effects. The biggest and most interesting and most astonishing finding for us was that women who had preeclampsia had vascular dementia later in life. We didn’t really see the same thing for Alzheimer’s disease for example, there it was only about a 40% increase in risk. So it’s really this very specific association between preeclampsia and vascular dementia that we found.
